I have been taking classes with Jen for a while now and she is a fantastic instructor! She makes me accountable for my workouts so that I am not just going through the motions but really working hard at the gym!! When I began bootcamp I wasn't sure what to expect. The first week was definitely a reality check - finding just how out of shape I was. As the weeks progressed my endurance has greatly improved.
